03 / YOUR SITE & FUELING NEEDS
Make the next conversation useful.
Bring what you know. Your project discussion can resolve the details that are still open.
What are you fueling?
Identify the fuel and blend, the vehicles or equipment, daily demand, and the time between deliveries.
How will fuel reach it?
Consider available power, pump performance, hose reach, metering, and who supplies each component.
What must happen on site?
Discuss the location, delivery access, unloading, pad and anchoring, electrical work, and commissioning.
IS 500 GALLONS THE RIGHT START?
Start with the space available and your expected fuel use between deliveries. Compare 1,000 gallons if delivery frequency or reserve needs call for more storage.
04 / BEFORE YOU DECIDE
A few useful answers.
Is the listed capacity the usable fuel volume?
500 gallons is the nominal tank capacity. Usable storage depends on the operating fill limit, reserve and draw-off arrangement. Use your expected fuel demand and delivery pattern when discussing sizing.
Does the package include installation?
The package identifies the tank and equipment supply. Confirm delivery, unloading, site preparation, electrical work and commissioning responsibilities in the formal quote.
What should I confirm for my fuel?
Specify the exact fuel and blend so the pump, hose, seals and other selected components can be matched to the application.
Which documents should my project team request?
Ask for the approved configuration drawings, the final component schedule, and the written tank and component warranty terms. Keep the supplied installation, inspection and equipment manuals with your project records.
